"Lee was thorough, thoughtful and extremely helpful, turning a problem, limited and intermittent reception, into an excellent result, 100% reception on every station."
Communal TV and IRS systems for flats and large homes.
One set of dishes and aerials on the roof, a clean TV and satellite signal in every flat. We design and install integrated reception systems for blocks, conversions and big houses across West Sussex.
5.0from 130 Google reviewsOne roof, every flat, no forest of dishes
When every flat in a block puts up its own dish and aerial, the building ends up covered in hardware and cable, and half of it gets left behind when tenants move out. An integrated reception system, or IRS, replaces all of that with one installation.
A single aerial and satellite dish sit on the roof. Their signals are combined and sent through a multiswitch to a cable run into each flat, so every resident gets Freeview and satellite from a socket on the wall, and nobody needs to go near the roof again.
We design these systems end to end: surveying the building, sizing the equipment for the number of outlets, planning the cable routes, then installing and testing every point.
Buildings we work on
Anywhere more than a couple of TVs need to share one roof.
Blocks of flats
Purpose-built blocks where residents need TV and satellite without each of them fitting a dish.
Conversions
Houses split into flats, and commercial buildings turned into homes. Easiest to wire while the conversion work is under way.
Large homes
Big houses with TV points in lots of rooms, where a simple splitter can’t keep the signal strong enough.
Landlords and managing agents
We work with whoever looks after the building, quoting for new systems or taking on faults in an existing one.
Faults in a system that’s already there
Older communal systems can struggle as channels change and equipment ages.

Usually a failing amplifier, multiswitch or connection somewhere along the run. We trace it back to the point of failure.
Satellite missing for everyone
Often a fault at the dish or LNB on the roof, or a power supply that has given up.
Adding outlets
New flats, an extra room or a refurbished unit. We check the system has the capacity before adding to it.
Upgrades
Bringing an old system up to date so it carries the channels residents expect.
What we need to quote
Every building is different, so communal systems are always quoted after a survey. We need to see the roof, where the cables can run between floors, and how many outlets the system needs to feed, both now and in future.
For a single house with lots of TVs, the same idea applies on a smaller scale, and is often part of a wider AV installation or aerial upgrade.

"Outstanding work. Great communication with Lee at every point about what could and couldn’t be done. Consummately professional and very good value for money. I’d highly recommend and will definitely use again. Top operator, and one to be highly trusted."
